Learning tools — Pesukim, Mishnayos, Shorashim — are switched off to keep things simple. Turn them on any time in Settings.
Step 2
One name per line. Paste from a spreadsheet or email, or just type them — you can always add more later.
They'll all go into your class.
Step 4
These three are ready to go. Change the wording, adjust the points, remove any you won't use, or add your own. You can always change this later.
Step 5
Your Prize Store. Set what each prize costs in points — every one gets its own scan code, so you can scan a prize and then a student to sell it. Change anything here, or later in Reward → Store.

Paste your own Google Apps Script URL to restore from a snapshot saved on your Sheet. Every rebbi needs their own sheet — don't use someone else's link.
Everything you record lives on this computer. Pick a folder now and Menchmark will save a copy into it every day — on its own, with nothing for you to remember.
Your Documents folder works, or a USB stick you leave plugged in. Menchmark writes one file a day and keeps the last week, so you can always go back.
This browser can't back up to a folder on its own. Menchmark will remind you to save a backup file instead — and on a computer with Chrome or Edge it can do it for you automatically.
Installing turns Menchmark into its own app — its own window, an icon you can pin, and storage that resists the browser clearing your data on its own. It's the one thing here that actually prevents the problem, not just recovers from it.
Takes a few seconds. You can always do this later from Settings.
On iPhone or iPad: tap the Share icon, then "Add to Home Screen." Everywhere else: look for an Install option in the browser's own menu, or the small install icon in the address bar.
On a school Chromebook this matters most — an administrator can clear the browser overnight, and a folder copy is what brings your year back — installing (above) is what stops it from happening in the first place.
